TouchTodo uses Google Push Sync to synchronise your Google tasks to your iPhone, and then alert you when a task is due.

The homepage features a list of sections, including those tasks that are due today, tomorrow, next, someday, and overdue. If there is a task in that section, a red number shows next to the heading - you can then view the task scheduled for that particular time.

Along the bottom are a number of tabs. Projects is handy if you're a contractor, freelancer, or work on different accounts and need to keep track of what tasks you have to carry out for each.

It's the sync tab where you sync your iPhone with Google Calendar, while search allows you to find a task in the calendar.

We struggled at first to sync the app with our Google Calendars account, and it took several attempts the first time we tried to sync. Any new tasks that you add on you iPhone can be also synced to your computer next time you log in. When a task is due, a number pops up on Todo's icon on the iPhone homescreen, as it does when you receive a new email, so it's recommended that TouchTodo is on one of your first screens so you don't miss an event.
