Word Press

Write new blog posts, edit your content and manage comments the easy way - from your smartphone.

Free Bloggers' delight

Personal blogging may have given way to Facebook and tweeting for many, but there are plenty of pro and individual users using the WordPress blogging platform to produce professional-looking sites. WordPress is a flexible platform and it's only logical that you should be able to update it while on the move using your Android handset.

The WordPress app enables you to write and post complete blog posts using your handset and it supports both those blogs hosted on WordPress.com as
well as self-hosted blogs. To start off, you need to give the URL of your blog and your username and password. Once the admin is out of the way, you're given options to write articles or edit existing posts on your site.

There are three tabs on the top : Comments, Posts and Pages. You can add a new post by clicking on the + sign. Here the post editor will be familiar if you're a regular WordPress user, while you can also add photos and relevant tags and categories. Once you're done, you can publish it straight to the web or save it for later embellishment.

WordPress makes things simple - yet it's extremely powerful and useful.
