Grimm's Fairy Tales are stories that most people would associate with being read to at bedtime, and this Phone app brings more than 200 of them to the iPhone so you can relive your childhood days.
The eReader was developed by BeamitDown and works differently to other eBook readers because it scrolls automatically depending on how much you tilt the screen .
If you tilt t backwards, it scrolls faster, tilt the phone towards you and the text will scroll much slower. You can also adjust the speed by tapping the screen and selecting the faster or slower option at the bottom.
Each of the books is presented as a chapter, and there's no search option if you want to read a particular book.
Also It can be a little hard to switch between reading the text and changing the book on Grimm's Fairy Tales compared to other eBook readers, which makes it feel quite cumbersome.
However, the app packs a lot of content compared to other eBooks and the way it works is intuitive. After some tweaking, Grimm's Fairy Tales could be a real winner for those looking for some light hearted entertainment or if you want to read bedtime stories to children.
